Ultimate 9 is safe and goes to work WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF ENTERING YOUR SYSTEM.  Please follow the directions on the label.  Some may want to increase the amount of intake (see "Directions" below).

Niacin Flush: If, skin feels like it's flushing, slight itchy, crawling or redness after 10 to 20 minutes of taking Ultimate 9. It's just the Niacin and will disappear within 10 minutes or less.  Niacin improves circulation and reduces the cholesterol level in the blood; maintains the nervous system; helps metabolize protein, sugar & fat; reduces high blood pressure; increases energy through proper utilization of food; prevents pellagra; helps maintain a healthy skin, tongue, digestive system and proper mental functioning).

The Body Cell Cleansing Period:  While *most* people starting out on Ultimate 9 may experience a more mental alertness, energy, and sense of well being, *few* may experience what is known as a body cell cleanse / detoxification process (kind of like scraping dry glue from a wall, it can bring back the fumes temporarily, but goes away once its all removed), which can last 24 to 48 hours.  

Body Cell Cleanse Symptoms can be a slight headache, sluggish, flu, or foggy feeling.  Do not be alarmed this is normal and is a sign that Ultimate 9 is working and removing the toxins from the cells, & usually will disappear within 24 to 48 hours.  Ultimate 9 with some, like those with arthritis- may get worst before it gets better. Some take an aspirin or Tylenol, etc, to alleviate any head or body aches during this cleansing period. DRINK LOTS of WATER to help flush out the toxins being removed from the cells.

DIRECTIONS:  For maximum benefits- Each dose works six to eight hours cleansing, repairing, and feeding the cells.  With a large glass of water take 1 or 2 capsules once or twice daily 6-8 hours apart, 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating, preventing the foods from absorbing the Ultimate 9 properties.  Some long time customers suggest taking double the dose the first week to "load up", then tapering off to normal dose afterwards.  In addition, someone 250 lbs or more may want to take up to 2 or 3 capsules to start their day, with 1 or 2 capsuless later in the day

Animals under 25 lbs. one-half dose once or twice daily. Larger animals one or more capsules once or twice daily.

Most can receive good results by following the directions on the label.  Each individual must determine what works best for him or her.  Some who may be experiencing joint, muscle, back pains or other similar aches, may try taking double or even triple doses at first, till they notice the pain or aches disappearing, then easing to normal doses.  

For those that are sports active or with serious illnesses or degenerative diseases can take up to 8 tablets a day for relief or increase body and mental performance from and for sports activities.  

For most everyone, including the sports minded, the normal dose works fine.  Especially, those that are looking to invest in their health, to stay younger longer, and building up the immune system -allowing their own body to fight off the everyday exposures to health degenerative substances <pollutants, junk and processed food, bad drinking water, stress, etc>.
